Small group Hybrid Sweat classes allow you to meet other Sweat Studio ladies in a fun and intimate setting while also getting in a great workout at a discounted rate.
These 60 minute sessions will will be structured as a hybrid of strength and conditioning style training. Classes include warm-up, exercise overview, workout, and cool down.
Class sizes will be small, only up to 5 ladies at a time! These class sizes allow for a focus on each individual clients needs.
All fitness levels are welcome as modifications can be made.
